During what some are calling a ‘COVID fuelled explosion’ Aleva Estate, much like the rest of Warwick, is seeing land run out. As the property market continues to boom in Warwick, house and land packages are selling out fast. Aleva Estate’s own Terry Seirlis said buyers are coming in droves to snatch up what’s left of the great packages on offer.
Warwick is seeing a shortage of land and Mr Terry Seirlis has said that Aleva Estate is seeing more enquiries about packages every day.
The popularity of Aleva Estate is reflected right across Warwick with many real estate agents stating they have less than half of the houses they would normally have for sale. You can read more about this here.
“It is great to see Warwick booming and being recognised for the amazing town that it is,” Mr Seirlis said.
“Land is starting to run out around Warwick, so now is the time to get in and buy before it’s too late,” he said.
Warwick has seen a huge boom since the start of COVID with many out of towners finding their way to the fresher air of the Southern Downs. We previously chatted with Aleva Estate resident Sally Keogh who made the move herself from Brisbane to Warwick. This ‘green rush’ is driving the sales of land across Warwick causing the ‘shortage’.
Warwick native and Aleva Estate homeowner Dan Morrish who we recently caught up with, had this to say about Warwick’s popularity “Warwick is in the middle of a hub. It is booming at the moment. Buying here has become super competitive, there are lots of houses getting snatched up by people buying from Victoria and New South Wales.”
Mr Terry Seirlis said while the land may be running out, he is excited to see the Aleva Estate community continue to grow.
